Work at N&N

We're a small team in London making a deliberately small range of clothes, properly. That takes people who care about the details — on the shop floor, in the code, and in the range plan.

Working here is straightforward: fair pay reviewed annually, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, a proper staff discount, and no performative overtime — we notice output, not hours in a chair. Everyone, whatever their role, spends at least one day a season with the product: in the studio at fittings, or in Portugal with the factories that make it.

Current openings

  • Retail Associate

    Retail · Covent Garden, London · Full-time or part-time

You'll be the person our customers actually meet — fitting, advising, and being honest when a size or style isn't right for them. Product knowledge matters more to us than sales patter; we'd rather you talk someone out of the wrong jumper than into it.

    What we’re looking for

    • Experience in retail or another customer-facing role
    • Genuine interest in clothing, fit and fabric — we'll teach you the rest
    • Weekend availability on a fair rota, agreed in advance
    Apply for this role
  • Senior Frontend Engineer

Digital · London (hybrid, 2 days in the studio) · Full-time

Our storefront is Next.js and TypeScript on top of a headless commerce backend, and you'd own it end to end — performance, accessibility and the small details that make shopping online feel calm rather than loud. Small team, no ticket factory, direct line to the founders.

    What we’re looking for

    • 5+ years building production web applications, with deep React and TypeScript experience
    • Care for accessibility and web performance as defaults, not afterthoughts
    • Ecommerce experience helpful; good judgement essential
    Apply for this role
  • Assistant Buyer

    Buying · London (studio-based) · Full-time

You'll support our small buying team across the range — tracking sell-through, managing the critical path with our Portuguese factories, and helping decide what earns a place in a deliberately small line. A great first or second buying role for someone who'd rather work with twelve styles done properly than twelve hundred done fast.

    What we’re looking for

    • 1–2 years in buying, merchandising or a strong analytical role
    • Comfortable with numbers — range plans, margins and sell-through reports
    • An honest eye: you can tell the difference between what you like and what will sell
    Apply for this role

Nothing that fits?

We keep every good application on file, and more than one person on the team arrived that way. Tell us what you’d do here — a short, specific email beats a long generic one — and attach a CV or portfolio.
