How much is UK delivery?

Standard delivery is £3.95 and arrives in 3–5 working days. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard delivery — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes. Express delivery is £6.95 and arrives the next working day when you order before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.

Can I collect my order instead?

Click & collect is free. Choose it at checkout and we’ll email you as soon as your order is ready to pick up from our Covent Garden studio — usually within 2 working days. Bring your order confirmation and some ID.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You’ll get a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us. If it hasn’t arrived within the expected window, reply to that email or contact us and we’ll chase the courier for you.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands. International delivery is on the roadmap — join the newsletter and you’ll be the first to know.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return anything you’re not happy with. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached — trying something on at home is absolutely fine.

How do I return something?

Start your return from the orders page in your account (or from the link in your delivery email). We’ll email you a prepaid label — £2.95, deducted from your refund — and you can post the parcel or drop it at any of the courier’s drop-off points.

How long do refunds take?

We process refunds within 3 working days of your return arriving back with us, and your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show the money. You’ll get an email at each step.

Can I exchange instead of returning?

We don’t offer direct exchanges — sizes sell through too unpredictably to promise one. The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.

What if something arrives faulty?

That’s on us. Contact us with your order number and a photo and we’ll send a free return label and either replace the item or refund you in full, including the original delivery cost.

How does N&N sizing run?

True to size, with the ease already built into each pattern. Womenswear runs UK 6–16, men’s tops XS–XXL, and men’s trousers are sized by waist in inches. If you’re between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit and down for a closer one.

How do unisex pieces fit?

Unisex hoodies, sweats and loungewear are cut generously for a relaxed fit on every body. If you prefer a neater silhouette, take one size down from your usual.

Will knitwear shrink?

Accepted Answer

Not if it’s washed as the care label says: cold wool cycle, wool detergent, dried flat. Our knits are pre-washed at the mill, so the size you buy is the size it stays — heat and tumble drying are the only real dangers.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. All payments are taken in pounds sterling.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection, and card details go directly to them — we never see or store your card number. Transactions are protected by 3D Secure where your bank requires it.

At the point of order, including for click & collect. If we ever have to cancel an item — for example a stock error — we refund it immediately and email you.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices on the site include UK VAT at 20%. The VAT amount is itemised on your order confirmation and receipt, which doubles as a VAT invoice.

Where are your clothes made?

Most of the range is knitted, cut and sewn around Guimarães in northern Portugal, with sampling and some small runs made in the UK. We visit our factories several times a year and have worked with them since our first season in 2019.

What certifications do your materials hold?

Our organic cotton is GOTS-certified, our merino is certified to the Responsible Wool Standard, and our recycled shell fabrics are GRS-certified. Certification details are listed on each product page under materials.

How should I wash my N&N pieces?

Accepted Answer

Cooler and less often than you think. Cotton at 30°C, knitwear on a cold wool cycle with wool detergent, and everything line- or flat-dried. The care label on each garment is the final word — and the Journal has a full guide to caring for merino.

Why is heavyweight cotton more expensive?

Weight is fabric: our 240gsm tees contain roughly 60% more cotton than a typical high-street tee, spun and knitted more slowly so the fabric keeps its shape. It’s the difference between a T-shirt that lasts months and one that lasts years.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Core pieces — The Essentials and best sellers — are restocked continuously. Seasonal colours usually aren’t. If a size is sold out, the product page will show a notify-me option so you can hear the moment it returns.
